The closest court to Guana Bay is Port de Plaisance Tennis Club – usually 25+ people there. The play is beginner, advanced beginner, low intermediate. Enjoy!!!
There are numerous casinos so I’m not sure which one you were referring to. The Port de Plaisance complex has a hotel, casino, restaurants, tennis courts, etc. There was a group of people playing there this morning – I heard from two of them.
The courts in Maho are close to Casino Royale, but more behind the clinic. Open play there is on Tues and Thurs morning.
The court at Simpson Bay resort is behind (kind of) the Hollywood Casino. That is typically play for beginners – they don’t have a set time, just typically show up 9ish.

Sorry for my late reply – there was open play at Port de Plainsance this morning. Will be open play again on Weds and Fri morning at 9:00.
There is also open play at BeSport in Maho on Tues and Thurs morning at 8:00.
