Great news for pickleball lovers wanting to play on the island. There are two new courts in Maho!

Be Sports Club has two pickleball courts, two paddleball courts and a soccer court. Here is their website: http://www.besportsclub.com/

Sabina and I will connect to determine how we can fit these courts into our plans during the upcoming high season.

Now that the high season is drawing to an end on St Maarten, it has proven to be another excellent year, with a number of good pickleball players visiting the island.

Things will be slowing down as the high season comes to an end but it has been another year of progress of pickleball on St Maarten. There are now 100 members on the SXM Pickleball TeamReach app.

Just a reminder- there are three courts on the Dutch side of St Maarten.

• Simpson Bay Resort – this is beginners play, 2.5-3.0. Their court is squeezed into a corner with the fences very close to the court. They play every weekday morning at 9:00. Jeanette is the unofficial coordinator @ TeamReach app – Group: SXM Pickleball – Password: SXMPB

• Port de Plaisance Tennis Club – this is intermediate play, 3.0-3.75. They have three pickleball courts with portable nets. They currently play on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:00. Sabina is the unofficial coordinator @ TeamReach app – Group: SXM Pickleball – Password: SXMPB

• The Cliff – this is not a public court but I can invite advanced players, 4.0+, as guests. You can contact me at info@sxmpickleball.com
